Welcome to our 96m2 spacious and comfortable Monteurzimmer, ideally located in the serene town of Fredersdorf-Vogelsdorf on Fredersdorfer Chaussee. Whether you`re here for work or leisure, our accommodation offers everything you need for a pleasant stay.

There are 3 spacious bedrooms, each with two single beds. All beds come with fresh linens and storage for your belongings. There is free wifi and free parking space. The full equipped kitchen allows you to cook for your meals after your work or visit.

*Cleaning Policy:
The will be clean only before and after your stay. If you wish to have extra cleaning, you can book it in our extra services for an additional price.

We offer monthly discount for longer period of stay. Please kindly let us know if you are interested in staying longer with us !

A security deposit will be held and authorized on your credit card during the reservation process. This amount is only authorized and blocked on your credit card and will be released within 7 days after check out if no damages are incurred during the stay.
