”ROOST East Market is an excellent property. The apartment that I booked was a corner unit with amazing views. The unit was well-appointed in a modern, minimalist style with plenty of closets, a huge bathroom, a cool living room that featured those views and a nice bedroom. I was on the 6th floor so there is some street noise but it's relative to the time of day and worth it considering the views and location. The staff was friendly and very helpful! I would definitely stay at this property...
”The property was a little difficult to find, and parking was super expensive. However, the room itself was GORGEOUS. The staff was exceptional. We felt safe in the city, and we were within walking distance of so many restaurants and sights! ”

”This hotel was great. I wish where you pull your vehicle into for valet was bigger but other than that it is wonderful. Beautiful design and amazing staff. Convenient walk or short cab ride to anything.”

”We booked this spot last-minute during an unexpected overnight layover in Philly and were so glad we did. The location in Old City was perfect—super walkable and felt very safe, even walking to grab a late-night Philly cheesesteak after 11pm on a Saturday.
