”The room smelled like people had been smoking in it. My husband is an HVAC tech for many years and asked if they could check the filters in the room. They basically said no they had no staff right now. Furthermore, the room was "clean" but it definitely looked shabby. The front door had streaks of dirt on it. The bathroom grout was grey, and the sink was not particularly clean.”

”This is a nice, clean hotel. Good A/C. The bed was soft, but firm enough for me, and I prefer firm. Parking was a little cramped, but there were touring buses there at the same time. The young man who checked me in was friendly and efficient and made sure I was happy. My only complaint was the soap. I forgot my own soap and the hotel soap is terrible, like a little brick of sandpaper and disappointment LOL. Bring your own soap/bodywash. That said, I WILL be staying here again.”

Finally had a good night’s sleep good beds. Breakfast in the morning was OK. Overall I would give the hotel an average score. Night staff were helpful in solving the problem as hotel was all booked. ”Maintenance needed in several areas on the property - bath tub had two different types of paints in parts, hall floor in front of the elevator on the 5th floor seemed hollow/damaged in one part, when the AC turned on it smelled like cigarette smoke (and the AC was quite loud). The staff were very helpful and nice.”

”The check-in process was fast and efficient.
Our room was clean and well equipped.
TV worked fine and channel selection was good.
The hotel provided a helpful detailed list of local restaurants with a map.
The breakfast buffet was great and the workers pleasant and helpful.
The only complaint was the condition of the carpets in the hallway in front of our room door and the adjacent rooms both sides of the hallway. The carpets hadn't been vacuumed in a good while!”

”This was a nice place to stay at a really good price point. To be upfront, we only stayed one night, so this is just a brief snapshot. The bed was really comfortable. The mattress was a perfect balance of firm and soft. The pillows were plentiful and the sofa comfortable. The room smelled fresh when we came in. We saw an ironing board, but we didn't see an iron. Maybe it was in a drawer or cabinet we failed to look in.
