”Palvelu oli loistavaa niin hotellissa kuin hotellin ravintoloissa ja spa:ssa. Hotelli on pienehkö, boutique omainen. Hotelli oli vastoin odotuksiamme erittäin lapsiystävällinen, lasta huomioitiin lahjoin ja ystävällisellä palvelulla. Spa:ssa kohtelias palvelu, ravintolassa ja baarissa ruoka erinomaista joskin kallista. Huone siisti ja tyylikäs, eritäin hyvä suihku. Lämpimät suosittelut!”

”We had the pleasure of staying at the Phoenix DC. We really enjoyed our visit; hotel has outstanding food. The room and door attendants were very friendly and helpful. They have a little mini coffee station open 24/7 and deliver bottled water to your room daily. Location is outstanding, very close to Union Station for transportation needs, the U.S. Capital is on the same street.”

”The hotel was clean and new. However, service was not good. I needed to call the reception and had to speak to a bot who could not understand my request and could not speak with a real person. We ordered room service which was totally overpriced. A small burger came in a plastic container with wobbly plastic cutlery.”

”We we there for the 4th of July Celebration and it was wonderful. Staff was great and answered all our needs in a very professional, friendly manner. I highly recommend this hotel as it close to everything. They do have a valet service that is great. I would recommend that they do more to disclose the parking fees. They are a bit high. Also I think it would benefit both hotel and restaurant to have better communication when big events are on the horizon. I would definitely stay here again....

”The property is very nice. The staff was not very good at greeting and to try and contact someone by phone was almost impossible. We were told we'd have a city facing room. It was ready, so they said, but it was not inspected yet. I saw the room number. We returned later soaking wet from a downpour. Employees in the lobby would not answer the door. Nobody answered the intercom call. When we finally got our room (different room than was originally going to be given to us, was courtyard facing....

”What a lovely hotel. The District is the part of the hotel for timeshare owners. Staying in this part provides for many amenities, privileges and discounts. Morning buffet breakfast with the other guests staying in the lower part of the hotel Embassy Suites.it was adequate, but nothing exciting. My stay included discounts toocal massages, restaurants, and day tours...15% off. I really loved that the hotel preferred to send text messages with even instructions for express check out, and thy...
