Are you looking for the perfect place for a family fishing & beach get-a-way or a boys fishing weekend, Snapperville is the perfect place for you. This home offers quick and easy access to both bay and offshore fishing and is conveniently located within walking distance or a quick golf cart ride to the Surfside Marina. Surfside Marina has everything you need for a successful fishing trip. Also, near by is Dorado’s restaurant & bar. Enjoy dining on the deck, in the restaurant or in the bar while enjoying awesome sunsets over the Intracoastal.

Snapperville is a super cute and clean well maintained 2 bedroom 2 bath home with a queen bed in each room and a single sofa in the living room. The deck features spectacular views with comfortable deck furniture. Downstairs Bluetooth your phone to the speakers and enjoy some tunes while you hang out with friends and family, play some corn hole or dominoes while grilling your daily catch.

Not a great experience
First off, location was great and overall this place was clean however, the AC was broken when we first went in. It was 96 inside and had to wait till around 9pm (check in at 4pm) just to get the temperature to drop… We had to wait outside due to the excessive heat and the owner was very rude about it on how it was not their fault… We drove 6 hours and this is what we came for? The owner then said stated how they owned up to this situation by getting the AC fixed ? Isnt that what there supposed to do if its broken and its 96??? The water in the shower smelled horrible as well and the bathtub was all clogged up as well. But again the place was clean and location was great. Overall problem is the management, it doesnt seem like they even care and very irresponsible.

Needs some updated
We had one towel and wash rag each, two bowls for four people and two small spoons. The microwave didn't work and the shower in the bathroom without a tub leaked you had to put a towel down for the water. And the bed in the bedroom without a bathroom needs to be replaced because you feel like you are going to fall off the bed. The location was great and the rest of the house was ok. We didn't use the dish washer because it is to rusted didn't know if it would leak.

We loved our stay. The only thing is. Come prepared for mosquitos. And we brought a 5 gallan jug of water to drink because of the smell of the water in that area. We absolutely loved our stay and the owner 💓

The first night we got there pouring raining, house was great cozy everything we needed. We tried to figure out the TV/Internet and managed to get show on we liked and cozied in. The next day no internet and it stayed that way till the morning we left. We felt slided. My husband and I own a house in Brazoria we are trying to sell nothing there but bed and couple of chairs, the reason we spent extra money to stay was internet to see all hall games, etc… Sucked

The inside is absolutely beautiful! All parties thought the beds were comfortable. The chairs on the deck are very comfortable! My 6' 4" husband said they were "epic!" My husband very much enjoyed fishing right on the property. We definitely want to return!

Awesome little house
Loved the house and was perfect for my wife and I and was exactly what we were looking for. Restaurants within walking distance and even caught a few fish right out in the channel. I think the cleaning crew could do a little bit better job for what they charge but wasnt bad enough to interrupt our stay. Great house, would stay again.
