● Location: Surfside Beach in Freeport, Texas

● Beach Access: Half mile from Surfside Beach, less than a minute drive!

● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps.

● Pet Policy: 3 pets are allowed with a $25 fee per pet. Please keep pets off furniture, clean up after them outside, and crate them if left alone indoors.

● Large Groups: We love hosting church groups and large family gatherings, however groups over the size of 14 guests must be approved prior to booking.

● Parking: There is room for up to 4 vehicles in the driveway.

Blue Sky Bungalow offers a bright and airy open floor plan on the main level, perfect for families or groups. The living area features a large flat-screen TV for movie nights, while the dining table and kitchen island provide ample space for meals and socializing. Three bedrooms are conveniently located on this level: one with a king-size bed, another with a queen-size bed, and a third with two sets of full-size bunk beds, ideal for kids or extra guests.

Upstairs, a lofted sleeping area with two twin beds provides a cozy retreat. Whether you`re a family, a group of friends, or a combination of both, Blue Sky Bungalow comfortably accommodates everyone.

Step outside the main level onto the expansive front porch, furnished with a dining table and plenty of seating, perfect for enjoying morning coffee or an evening glass of wine while soaking in the fresh air.

Underneath the house, you`ll find the entrance to the game room and additional sleeping space. The game room has a queen-sized bed and a full-over-full bunk. Let your competitive side come out with the foosball table or arcade games. There is even a flat screen TV and plenty of comfy spaces to lounge. Also right outside the game room, a delightful surprise: a tiki bar and fire pit area, creating the ideal spot for barbecues, roasting marshmallows, and creating lasting memories.

● Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee.

● Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.

● Age Requirement: Guests must be 24+ to book.

We are unable to price match any rates found on other booking platforms.

House Rules:
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Groups larger than 14 would need to be approved. We do not allow parties.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
