Cozy Canal-Front Beach Bungalow with Amazing Views

Veden äärellä oleva loma-asunto, jossa on keittiö ja parveke
Tämän savuttoman loma-asunnon palveluihin kuuluu pyykinpesutilat, pelihuone ja puutarha. Lisäksi majoituspaikassa on grillejä. Loma-asunnossa asiakkaiden käytössä on 3 makuuhuonetta sekä ilmainen Wi-Fi ja vuodesohva. Asiakkaiden käytössä on keittiö, jossa on jääkaappi, uuni, liesi ja mikroaaltouuni.
Ilmastoiduissa huoneissa on kahvin-/teenkeitin ja hiustenkuivaaja. Huoneessa on parveke. Huoneissa on kalusteina vuodesohva, työpöytä, ruokailupöytä ja keittiösaareke. Keittiö, jossa on jääkaappi, liesi, mikroaaltouuni ja erillinen ruokailualue. Kylpyhuoneista löytyy suihkun ja kylpyammeen yhdistelmä.

It’s the coast what can I say more. The young adults and my family had a wonderful time. Thankful for the bathroom and such on bottom floor. Games were fun. We left early and was a sad parting. No closets so be careful when leaving your things in the only one in the house. I left all my dress cloths. Do to not being able to go to our planned events and totally forgot I put them there. Kitchen is nice. You will have a good time

Not bad. 2 of the games didn’t work. The inside was a little dirty and had a weird musky smell. House was a descent size and check in was very simple. I had to be my own maintenance personal. We had no hot water the first night and when writing to the host they had me check everything and send pictures of water heater.

The house is absolutely beautiful. Everything was very clean, & I absolutely loved the downstairs gameroom. There were a couple softspots in the floor upstairs to look out for; and if i could make 1 improvements itwould be more lighting outside on the water.

The subfloor had been damaged, and had been patched by nailing boards all over the floor and then nailing rugs down to cover the issue. Had 67 yr old grandmother sprained her ankle when floor broke through beyond the patch job. Bedrooms upstairs and 2nd bathroom downstairs which was very inconvenient, and not told before rental. House had not been professionally cleaned. Mold downstairs in game room, leaking AC that was not addressed damaging wall, floor and couch. Property management was HORRIBLE handling issues, dishwasher not attached, and fell out of the cabinet (fixed on the last night, and the repairman stated the floors needed to be taken out and was dangerous), floors continued to break through the longer we stayed, AC was not even checked and they were told it was causing damage to the property. This house should never had been rented. They couldn't find a relocation on the first day we were there. I found one that was in our price range, but they only offered me 200. I didn't have another 1000 to relocate. I feel I deserve a full refund. I would remove this property from the VRBO site. I have numerous videos of the flooring, but they couldn't be uploaded. On a good note: the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped with the exception of 2 rolls of paper towels for 5 people for 5 days. I intend to report this house to the City to have it inspected for safe occupancy. It will fail. I am going to suggest they inspect all Beach Box houses

Great property. Quiet. Peaceful. Relaxing. The property was clean, comfortable and decorated very cute; very well equipped. AC worked very well. Short walk to the beach; short drive to everything.

Cozy canal stay

Clean and cozy. Downstairs arcade room had plenty of large arcade games plus a huge tv and loads of couches to lounge on. Upstairs had a kitchen to cook in. Great spot for dropping a line.

The property was in the perfect location for us to dock our boat for the week during Red Snapper season. The property was clean and perfect for our needs. The downstairs has arcades which the kids enjoyed. Comfortably sleeps 12 people as indicated with plenty of parking. Will definitely book this property again.

Property rental was NOT accurately represented. Description photos on property website indicate washer/dryer and arcade room/area with 2 standup arcade games. NEITHER amenity present on the property. Photos also included an outdoor upper level patio cover, not present. The bed in the larger bedroom squeaks with every move.Musty overall smell in home. Food crumbs on arm of chair in living room. Guest keypad access code was provided, however, instructions did not inform that keypad had an additional pull down flap to access an actual key to open the door. View was fabulous. Neighborhood was clean and safe.

Great Stay!

Quiet neighborhood close to the beach. House is decorated super cute and there was plenty of space for 6 adult people. The only downside we really could see was only having the 1 full bath upstairs to share between the 6 of us. There is a game room downstairs that has a secondary full bath in it, but to get to this you have to exit out of the house, go down the steps outside and then unlock enter it. Think of it as a Mother In Law suite without the beds. We did not utilize this space but I do know there are some arcade machines down there and would be great for kids.Warning on the mosquitos and this isn't by any way the fault of the property.. just a fact of life. The mosquitos were BAD in the evening and again in the morning. We really couldn't enjoy the firepit as we had planned but that's okay. We'd definitely stay again.

Great winter connection

This wasn’t a typical beach stay. We needed space for 3 separate families for 2 nights. This was a great option and great stay. Some issues at the beginning, but all recovered from as soon as possible. Would be nice if closer to ocean in the summer. But still would be great!!

My teen boys loved being able to step right outside and fish from the back door! It was absolutely perfect with plenty of space! The downstairs gaming area was great, especially having the extra bathroom. It was clean and up-to-date!
