The Mark at Surfside, Apt. 6

This is a fully remodeled spacious studio unit. Located upstairs, this open room features a comfortable queen bed and a futon for additional seating or sleeping space. The full bathroom includes a bathtub and comes stocked with bath towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap for your convenience.

For your dining needs, there is a small kitchenette equipped with a coffee pot and filters (please bring your own favorite coffee grounds), toaster, microwave, mini refrigerator, and dishes.

Stay connected with the smart TV with fire stick and Wi-Fi included in your stay. Outside, you'll find chairs and a small table for your personal use, and a shared outdoor area with picnic tables and charcoal grills for some outdoor fun. Just remember to bring your own charcoal and grilling utensils if you plan to use the grills.

Our location is convenient with restaurants, a convenience store, and a liquor store nearby. Plus, the beach is just a short walk away, less than a block from the property! Leave your vehicle in one of our two shared parking lots and spend your day at the beach or purchase a Surfside Beach permit from local stores to drive your vehicle onto the beach.

*The Village of Surfside has always had issues with its water. It has a bit of an off color, odor and flavor. We have installed a filtration system to help with this and the water is safe for use, but it doesn't fully remove these issues. Please look to bring bottled water if this will be an issue so that you have access to it.*
