● Pet Policy: 2 pets are allowed with a $25 fee per pet. Please keep pets off furniture, clean up after them outside, and crate them if left alone indoors.

● Parking: There is room for up to 4 cars in the driveway.

Inside, the home opens into a stylish, character-filled layout that blends comfort, coastal charm, and a unique floor plan that gives the space real personality. Three well-appointed bedrooms each come with their own private en-suite bathroom, taking the stress out of shared schedules and giving every traveler a true retreat of their own. The first bedroom features a restful queen-sized bed with a private en-suite — ideal for couples wanting a quiet corner of the home. The second bedroom offers the same comfortable queen setup with its own en-suite bath, perfect for parents, grandparents, or a second couple traveling along. The third bedroom is a kid-approved favorite outfitted with two twin bunks (four twins total) plus its own private full bathroom — a smart, fun setup that gives younger guests their own space while keeping the grown-up feel of the home intact.

The real magic of Wave Watcher lives outside. Expansive upper and lower decks offer plenty of room for entertaining, grilling, and settling in with a drink as the sun dips low over the Gulf. ● Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.

● Age Requirement: Guests must be 24+ to book.

House Rules:
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
