”This was definitely a no-frills stay, but overall, I was pleased. PROS: comfortable bed and pillows, window, air-conditioning and heating unit that worked, shower was hot, TV user-friendly, located in between a Dunkin’ Donuts and a Burger King. CONS: no elevator, no extras (things like blankets, hairdryer, iron), towels were very thin, mini-fridge did not work (I didn’t need it, so I didn’t complain), bathroom run-down/stained.”

”The room was outdated, worn, felt dark. The bathroom was not clean, moldy. I had to have someone come clean it. They did respond quickly with someone to clean, but there was some mold discoloration even after cleaning. Phone was dirty. Breakfast looked ok, but I didn't try it. Went to Dunkin because I was not confident about cleanliness.”

”Parking was easy but my room and my parents rooms smelled and were in bad condition. Parents room was supposed be handicap accessible and was not they did correct that but the room they received had no phone and phone jack was broken along with leaky shower. my room smelled bad and paint peeling off the wall”

”The hot tub was not available. My room had burn holes on the rug. Also the bathroom the shower wall was all busted open.”

”I got to the property very run down clutter all over the outside . Roof falling off out front . There was no one at the desk to check me in when I arrived around 11:30 pm . I walked out and never even stayed because there was nobody to check me in. Expedia needs to do a better job at monitoring the buildings they promote for people to stay in. A waste of money .”

”I loved my stay here. It was only one night, but I will absolutely stay there again if I’m in the area. The room was basic, but cute and incredibly clean. I honestly think this was the cleanest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. The bathroom as well, and there is almost always something icky in any hotel bathroom. The bed? Oh my gosh - SO comfortable. Part of what made it that way (besides the perfect mattress) was the soft, printed cotton sheets that felt like your favorite worn sheets at home -...

”Room was aging badly. Stains on carpet, rust in shower, electrical outlet was broken and hole in outlet face plate (dangerous hazard), room not cleaned in two days ( trash cans not empty). Bedding not refreshed after two days. We left and moved to a different hotel. I would have a hard time justifying a 2 rating, more like 1 1/2. I left pics when we got out.”
