”Floors in room were so filthy our toddler’s feet were black after walking on them for just a few minutes; we ended up cleaning them ourselves due to not trusting that staff would actually clean them if we asked. ”We stayed in an oceanfront suite with a large balcony and a large deck at the front door. We were able to observe both the sunrise and the sunset. We had an ADA accommodation which was well thoiught of and well designed. Bed was very comfortable. Hosts are very nice and friendly people.”

”I wanted to specifically recognize Albert at the front desk for being so welcoming and helpful during my stay. He was patient, kind, and always had a friendly attitude. Small interactions like that can completely change the experience of a trip, and he really made me feel taken care of. The hotel is lucky to have him.”

”Helpful staff. Loved the shady and comfortable seating in the back next to the pool. We went out there in the mornings to eat our breakfast because the lobby was cool. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good. I would stay here again.”
