”Palvelu oli loistavaa niin hotellissa kuin hotellin ravintoloissa ja spa:ssa. Hotelli on pienehkö, boutique omainen. Hotelli oli vastoin odotuksiamme erittäin lapsiystävällinen, lasta huomioitiin lahjoin ja ystävällisellä palvelulla. Spa:ssa kohtelias palvelu, ravintolassa ja baarissa ruoka erinomaista joskin kallista. Huone siisti ja tyylikäs, eritäin hyvä suihku. Lämpimät suosittelut!”

”This hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood within blocks of George Washington University. The hotel is a little dated, but the rooms are spacious and have everything you could want. The staff at the hotel are very friendly and happy to help with anything. I would definitely stay here again especially as a family.”

”As always, we had an excellent stay. The location is perfect, Dupont and Adams Morgan are within walking distance to great restaurants and other points of interest. As usual, all of the staff are friendly and helpful. We have always stayed at this hotel and have for the last 15 plus years, from the time it was a Kimpton owned property until now. However, this time we had a room on the top floor, the shower wasn't as strong as lower floors, the bathroom sink had a large crack, there weren't...

”The hotel was clean and new. However, service was not good. I needed to call the reception and had to speak to a bot who could not understand my request and could not speak with a real person. We ordered room service which was totally overpriced. A small burger came in a plastic container with wobbly plastic cutlery.”

”This is a fabulous place central to everything. Manager is great. Breakfast choices were extensive!! Plus there’s an open kitchen for snacks during the stay. Highly recommend !”

”Beautiful, clean rooms. Great location. The valet parking was expensive. Customers were not allowed to use the fridge in the room unless they used the minibar products. Also, no complimentary coffee or tea was offered. Otherwise very good!”
