You enter a beautiful bright living area, consisting of a comfortable lounge corner with television and a large table for your shared meals. This living room gives direct access to the terrace and garden, perfect for enjoying the sunshine.



Outside, the enclosed garden will delight young and old: children can play safely while adults enjoy a moment of relaxation on sunbeds or around a good barbecue. The 35m² terrace, equipped with garden furniture, is ideal for outdoor meals and a parasol will allow you to enjoy it, while protecting you from the sun during very sunny days.



Adjoining the living room, you will find a modern and fully equipped open-plan kitchen: induction hobs, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso and filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle and all necessary utensils... everything is there to prepare good little dishes just like at home.



The dining room table transforms into a billiards table, convenient for switching in the blink of an eye from a warm dinner to an animated game with friends.



On the night side, the house has four bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people.

On the ground floor, you will find: a bedroom with two single beds (80x200) that can be brought together to form a Queen Size bed (160x200), a bedroom with a Queen Size bed (160x200) and a single bed (80x200). Just next to it, you can also enjoy a relaxation area equipped with television, books, consoles, DVD player and a single bed (80x190).

Upstairs you will find: two bedrooms, each equipped with two single beds (80x200) that can form a Queen Size bed (160x200) and a reading corner with board games is also planned for your quiet moments.

In terms of bathroom facilities, on the ground floor you have a shower room with shower and hairdryer, a separate toilet, and upstairs a bathroom with bathtub and toilet.



For your comfort, the house also has a washing machine, a second fridge-freezer, an iron and an ironing board, and three private parking spaces in front of the house. You can also safely store your bicycles in the garage (up to 8 bicycles).
