Sijainti on yllättävänkin toimiva, sillä vieressä on iso kauppa ja erittäin hyvin palveleva uusi raitiotie.”
”Aikanaan kun Freiburgissa oli kaksi Novotelia, Konzerthaus oli se hienompi. Nykyisin paikkaa vaivaa - kuten niin montaa Novotelia - vanhentuneisuus.
Ilmastoinnin puute on huutava pulma, samoin kuin paljon työskentelevän sähköntarve vuoteilla. Ensimmäinen onnistuu ystävällisen henkilökunnan avulla avoimen ikkunan ja kahden irrallisen tuulettimen avulla, jälkimmäinen ryömimällä lattialla pöytien alle, repimällä yöpöytävalot irti ja tunkemalla läppärin piuhan tilalle.

”Hotel location was good, tram line nro 1 goes 150m away from hotel. but behind the buildings so no noice. Room was simply no carpet just bed and small table, enough room for clothes and luggage. toilet basic things no bidee, but this is normal in Germany.. I haven't see any bidee in any hotel in Germany. local shop, doner kebab and pizzeria and bier garden in 50 m from hotel ;) nice lake in nearby (5min) to walk around or jogging.”

The food, wine pairing are incredible reflecting the talent and the passion of the owner. Wonderful Baden-Württemberg in southwest Germany, on the edge of the Black Forest. Spa and pool complete the package and its location ideal for a short stop to continue travel to France, north or south Germany or for spending a few days exploring Freiburg. ”
”Yleisilmeeltään siisti ja uusi hotelli. Aamupala oli hyvä, joskaan vaihtelua ei ollut päivien välillä yhtään. Henkilökunta vastaanotossa oli osittain erittäin ystävällistä. Toisina päivinä taas vaikutti siltä, että heitä ei olisi voinut vähempää kiinnostaa. Aamiaisella palvelu oli hyvää. Siivouksen tasossa oli toivomisen varaa, ja lakanoista osa ei ollut hyvin pesty. Sijainti on syrjäinen, mutta raitiovaunulla pääsee hyvin ja helposti kulkemaan. ”
