Small House With Garden - Residence With Pool

Welcome to my home !

I am pleased to welcome you in my beautiful house of 45 square meters, with garden, located in Fréjus.
It will be perfect for vacations with family or friends and can accommodate 4 people.
You will stay 6 minutes by car from the city center and 11 minutes from the beach.

We look forward to welcoming you!

## Logement
My house is warm, bright and very well equipped, it will be perfect for a tourist stay!
It can accommodate 4 people and is composed of two bedrooms with 1 double bed and 2 single beds; a very clean shower room; a fully equipped kitchen; and a cosy living room with a television and a dining area, where you can have your meals or relax after an intense day.

During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Parking, Hair dryer, Washing machine, Coffee machine, Barbecue (unavailable until 31/06/25), Microwave, Oven, Iron.
You will also have a nice garden with trees, where you can take your aperitifs in the peace; and the residence has a pleasant swimming pool which will be very appreciated during the beautiful sunny days!

A professional cleaning is done before and after each guest.

The city center is only 6 minutes away by car, where you will find everything you need (bars, restaurants, shops ...).
For your daily shopping, you will find a Spar at 1 minute walk.

Visit the must-see places of Fréjus such as: its beaches (11 minutes by car), its Arenas (9 minutes), its Zoological Park (12 minutes) and the Cathedral Notre-Dame and Saint-Léonce (7 minutes).
You can also visit other popular and entertaining places such as the Aqualand (11 minutes by car) and the Luna Park (11 minutes).
As for the most beautiful beaches, the Plage de Saint-Aygulf is 13 minutes away by car, the Plage des Esclamandes is 16 minutes away and the Plage du Vieillat is 14 minutes away.

You can also go on an adventure to nearby cities such as: Saint-Raphaël which is 12 minutes away by car, where you can discover : The Estérel path, the Golden Island, the Old Port, the Calanque of Saint-Barthélemy...; and Sainte-Maxime which is 33 minutes away by car, where you can visit: Its harbor, The Nartelle beach, The Pointe des sardinaux...

## Emplacement
Fréjus is a seaside and tourist resort on the French Riviera. It has also been noted as a city of Art and History. It was originally a Roman city founded in 49 BC to oppose the city of Marseille, which dominated the region. Fréjus is the site with the largest French concentration of ancient remains after Arles. There is also the François Léotard nature base (outdoor sports complex with many events in the summer).
