”This property is in a rural setting but within a 5 minute drive to the Kroger grocery store/town. So buying those last minute food items was not a hassle. The linens were nice and clean as were the towels, etc. The host decorated very nicely with lit Christmas trees, bells, and prop wrapped presents with bows - VERY NICE. The kids enjoyed the foosball and ping-pong tables in the garage.”

”To management's credit, they did offer to switch our room but after an exhausting first night and day (in town for a funeral), we decided to stay in the room we were assigned. The floors in the room were pretty dirty; the soles of our feet turned black quickly and the bathroom floor had fuzz growing between the tiles. There was a lot of build-up around the shower drain, which emptied slowly. Found a dead fly on the bedspread when we first walked in and discovered spider bites on us after...

”The staff was friendly. The breakfast was decent. The parking was horrible because all the doors were broken besides the front lobby door. It was very annoying carrying bags from the opposite end of the hotel to go through the single door when exterior doors were right next to our room. There was good shower pressure, but the water never got warm. It was a cold shower for sure.”
