”I booked this room because the photos looked decent. Boy was I wrong. I showed up and the lobby was about 40 degrees. Started the check in process and the card door things were broken. So none of the door locks worked, which also means you could just walk into any room, also that means if we left, anyone could walk into our room. It took 20 mins for them to find a room for us. We go in and they had not cleaned the bathroom, pee stains on toilet, no towels, burn holes in all the furniture. I went...

”When I arrived to check in there were no rooms available. I had messaged the VRBO owner to let him know that I would not be arriving until 11:30 pm and he said it would be fine. When i arrived the hotel was out of rooms and it was incredibly dirty. I have tried contacting the VRBO owner and he has said he will look into it. I had to pay an extreme amount to stay at another hotel on graduation weekend. ”

”This and many other hotels owned by similar owners have given the poorest customer service for online reservations. I ordered a room with a King sized bed, but was presented a room with two queens. They tried to make me pay twice even though I told them I paid through VRBO. That was an absolute fiasco. I could go on. It wasn't a nice stay. ”

”This was a great spot for a getaway. It was so wonderfully quiet -- only the calls of birds and the wind in the leaves. The house was well appointed with plenty of room. Kitchen/greatroom was a good place to gather. ”

”The house is amazing! The apartment was lovely. The space was decorated perfectly. It had everything we needed. There was plenty of space and more! We enjoyed the park across the street as well as walking downtown. The neighborhood was gorgeous! It was a wonderful experience. I do hope we make our way back to LaCrosse very soon. We'd love to stay here again! ”
