I believe a coworker or good friend was at the bar and she definitely spent most of her work time talking to her instead of taking care of customers. People had empty beer glasses and it would 5-10 minutes before the female bartender would check on them. She was nice but very distracted by her friend or coworker at the bar.”

”We stayed here after the FarmAid event at Huntington Bank Stadium… I had done early check in online… despite not arriving until 1:30 am there was a very courteous staff person at the front desk who completed our check in quickly and gave us our keys.
