”Although the front staff were absolutely lovely, the room was not entirely clean. After locating an already used bar of soap in the shower sitting on top of the shampoo and conditioner bottles and hair on the walls, I asked the front desk if housekeeping could go and clean the washroom. They were deeply sorry and said they’d send someone right away. After being out of the room all day I came back to them having been there to “clean” but the bar and hair were still there. ”I showed up to this place late after traveling 8 hours at night my kids were exhausted so they went straight to bed. When I had a minute to check everything my kids were already asleep. There was stuff splattered all over the walls not cleaned. The bathtub was not clean still shampoo on the side of the bathtub where the shampoo bottle was from previous visit from whoever. For real snots wiped into the wall and was not clean. I will not be returning.”
