GUEST SELF CHECK IN:
- Self Check In. Key Box on property. You will recieve your info via email through your booking website. I will text your code when your tiny house is ready.
- Check in 4pm. I will text you day of when your tiny house is ready for early arrival
- Check out 12noon. Please request late check out the day before. I will honor any way I can :)
- Please text me upon arrival & after you`ve inspected your property so that I know you are completely satisfied.
- Please text me upon departure so that I may notify your housekeeper to prepare for our next guests.

Safety & Security:
- We have a gated secure entrance in addition to security cameras. We have stayed here for 6 years with no incident & we have wonderful neighbors. This is just added to stay this way :)
