”This hotel is way too expensive, and you can definitely find better places for your money. The pictures look great, but they're just photography tricks. The room was super small, I even found a cockroach in the bathroom, and honestly, for the price, I wasn't happy with what I got. They charge you amenities whilst the pool was closed. ”

”Bed was a not very comfortable, but otherwise it was a clean, comfortable stay. I appreciated the covered parking. On Saturdays there is a mini makers market next door.”

”We recently went on a 10-day road trip and stayed at a variety of hotels. This property was clean and we enjoyed our stay. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is because as a family of 6, we enjoyed other, more spacious rooms, at other hotels. Otherwise, this was a great facility and the pool was clean and breakfast was great.”

”Found a bunch of hair in the sheets and stains on the couch. Otherwise the room was nice and spacious. The pool area was gross, but my kids favorite part. The guy that checked us in hated his job. The parking spaces around back are inly suitable for a mini cooper. ”

”The Hacienda and Spa at Hotel Santa Fe exceeded all expectations. Every staff member we came into contact with went out of their way to ensure my wife, my dog and myself felt welcomed. The accommodations were excellent - I especially enjoyed the fireplace in our room. My only regret is that we were unable to stay longer. ”

”Great location. Nice quiet area. Breakfast was good, too. The only complaint I have is that I booked the room for THREE people. In doing so, I expect THREE sets of bath linens, there were only TWO. We stayed 2 nights, so I mentioned the issue to the front desk very early on our second day so it could be handled that same day when housekeeping came to the room. We still only had TWO washcloths. I have no idea if housekeeping is aware how many people are occupying each room, or if they are told to...

”The heating was a problem- the room boiled at night because the thermostat was outside in main area - we had to open the windows in December to try and cool the room- every night ! The thermostat kept resetting itself … ugh The room too small for the bed and a real lack of electrical outlets ”
