”Room had a weird smell. We opened the sliding door to air out the room, but we had to close the door because someone was smoking weed. I had to cover the chair because it looked very dirty. Staff was just ok. No smile. He wasn’t rude or anything. Bathroom was big and clean. Bed sheets felt and smell clean. Bring your own pillows.. the pillows flatten out in no time! Parking was under the hotel but no gate to keep out the non guest of the hotel. I didn’t feel safe in the garage. Lots of people...

”Good area in Campbell, staff were nice and helpful, continental breakfast was great. Room was big and spacious. The only complain I have is, the pullout sofa bed was not comfortable to sleep in. Other than that our one night stay was perfect.”

”Looks like brand new property but it was spotless and VERY quiet at night. We had 2 small dogs but were worried they might bark at noises they weren't used to but we could hardly hear anything including people coming and going from their rooms or the elevator (which our room was fairly close to). Everything was great and staff were very helpful and courteous.”
