”Clean and lots of space. Separate shower room and bathroom. Good location, close to beaches and Yarmouth.”

”At arrival staff was not very welcoming. not rude but just no smile Staff was helpful with luggage though Be aware if you like face clothes they have none. was told it was not a 5 star hotel. Room was nice and clean. Had coffee, kettle, bottled water, soap, lotion etc.. arrived from a day of visiting london and there was not hot water!!! that was annoying and they didn't give explanation and did not know when it would be back. no comp. was offered.”

”Food poisoning the first night, rooms hotter than the sun, zero water pressure in the bathrooms. Constantly chasing staff for the most simple things. They ran out of ice. No fans for the rooms. No one collecting glasses or emptying an ash tray. Asked for a coffee in the morning and waited 15 minutes.. got up to ask where it was "oh i couldn't find you" yeah because you were in the kitchen flirting with the chef.. Could be such a wonderful place, if the staff weren't recreating Fawlty Towers”
