”Definately good hotel, maybe not quite living up five star status. Our third hotel stay during the same week, so it is easy to compare with other being four stars. The staff are doing their best, but glitches in new room cards and reception procedures left a sour taste. The place at the shore is nice, alltough part of the view is blocked by harbour warehouses. It is a bit far from the city centre by walking. The bar at the top has a nice view, but is noisy. All in all good experience, but not...

”Beautiful boutique hotel, GREAT staff and location. Room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast buffet was delicious, with the usual selections PLUS a cooked-to-order hot traditional English breakfast with a beautiful room to enjoy it in, and wonderful staff members to serve you. Front desk staff were very helpful to arrange transportation to Heathrow. A wealth of restaurants and shopping just a short walk away, as is the Portsmouth Historic Dockyard and the train station.
