”I've stayed before in April 2026. I don't know what happened in just a few months, but the communication and accomodations were so much worse this time. Extremely slow and inaccurate when trying to get the codes. When we finally got into our room we were happy, until we noticed the unsettling amount of brown band roaches in the carpet and mini fridge. We were done and left immediately to find other accommodations. I was so disappointed. I was really rooting for this place. 😭”

”This place was really cozy I was visiting Houston for a bit and I did used to live there I will say this spot is in the center of basically everything a tourist would want to do here. The building this place is located at has so many amenities as well I was surprised. I will say tho if you rent a car or have one there parking is a little iffy but nonetheless not hard to find some.”

”⭐ **1 STAR — THE PROPERTY FROM HELL! DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE PHOTOS!**
What was supposed to be a relaxing stay turned into an absolute nightmare. This property was unacceptable in terms of cleanliness, comfort, and maintenance. We encountered bugs in the bed, dirty and stained bedding with a foul smell, excessive dust, an air conditioner that was not cooling properly, and mold near the kitchen vent. BAD NEIGHBORHOOD
These are not minor inconveniences. Clean bedding, functioning air...
