Off grid comfort in this unique and tranquil getaway, located on a 200 acre private wildlife reserve. Our cosy cabin suits those who love the outdoors but also the creature comforts. Relax on the large veranda, enjoy outdoor dining and hot showers surrounded by towering eucalypts, many birds and sometimes curious wildlife. We are on a wildlife conservation property so the cabin is located at the bottom of our large native garden with an organic vegetable garden and orchard.
You are 1.2kms into the bush up a somewhat rocky road and situated at the bottom of lour large native garden. There are private walking tracks to enjoy and it's only a short 5 minute drive to stunning Friendly Beaches for a near solitary beach walk.
Guests have their own outdoor dining area and verandah and are welcome to access the whole garden including the orchard and veggie garden.
A property map is supplied which outlines all the walking tracks and best places for wildlife spotting.
Guests are encouraged to explore the whole property,
Please let us know if you need anything by texting or calling. While the space is shared and not completely private, we respect our guests privacy and expect the same in return.
As there are no cooking facilities in the cabin, just basic breakfast and tea and coffee provisions, a full list of local dining options are provided on check in.
The host is a private chef so catering can be arranged with prior notice and any dietary requirements/requests.
Roger the black Labrador and the 5 chickens all share the space and are all very friendly. You will need to be an animal and nature lover as there are possums, wallabies and echidnas that also share the garden along with many birds and insects (yes, spiders).
