”I have stayed in numerous Best Western plus Hotels and this was the by far the worst place I have stayed. It did have one of the better breakfast the next morning.”

”Bantr was accommodating for the overnigh, bed was soft and comfy, Clean room, delicious continental breakfast. I wish I had known that the pool area was under construction.”

”No morning breakfast was offered as part of the stay. Was not a fan of body wash, in lieu of a bar of soap. Bed was a bit lumpy as well. Everything else was fine.”

”Staff should periodically monitor the pool/hot tub area. On both nights of our stay, children were in the hot tub without an adult. While there was an adult in the area, they were not in the hot tub with the children nor did they ask them to move when other non-family adults were present. Breakfast buffet was redundant - same hot offerings each day. Hard-boiled eggs were evidently left over as they were slimy and becoming discolored. Yogurt offered no selection of flavors.”

”Friendly and welcoming staff. The jacuzzi suite was modern and clean. Would definitely stay there again.”

”Room was decent. Many things were stained, like the pillows/pillowcases, lamp, and curtains. It smelled a little funky. Hot tub was lukewarm even after turning the jets on. Staff was very helpful and kind. Breakfast was okay. Nothing special. Breakfast coffee was bad (all three roasts) but the coffee in the room was good.”

”Parking is easy and close to the building. The rooms are clean and spacious.”

”Didn’t like nothing about it!!! Had to move rooms in middle of night cuz the children of the place kept slamming the outside doors open and closed!!! Moved room then my 2 yr old had found two different types of pills in her pull out bed!!! Had to keep asking for towels and other room services to be done!!!”

”Denise in the bar was extremely friendly and provided excellent service! The breakfast was delicious!”

”Showed up to property, no one was at the counter. Waited and called the number that was at the front desk. No answer. Waited more and a lady finally showed up but was rude so we told her we would go stay elsewhere as they were not wanting to be very helpful. They also would not refund us our money and when we called the manager the next day was told they offered us a service, which they in fact did NOT. 100% do not recommend staying here”
