”We were greeted by the owner…she very graciously showed us around the hotel and gave us a room with a view of the New River. She was very welcoming. The 1902 building has been beautifully restored. The room was great…as a side note, she told us that they would be opening a steakhouse in town in a couple of weeks. The space worked very well for us as a couple. Note that they have rooms and dining options available for scheduling an event for friends and family.”

”The cabin is a wonderful place to stay. The bed is super comfortable, the towels are soft, the kitchen is equipped, and everything is clean. Check-in was simple, parking was ample, and communication with the host was fantastic. I loved the beautiful fall decorations throughout the rooms. Like some others mentioned, it was a bit close to the neighbors so if you want total privacy its not the place for you. But we lucked out and the place was pretty empty.
