The lower ground floor hosts the 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms of the property. The first bedroom is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 150 cm in width and 190 cm in length, while the second bedroom contains 2 single beds each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length. Both bedrooms on the lower ground floor benefit from individual air conditioning and forced-air heating systems. A bath and WC serve the lower ground floor.
