”When we arrived my room was taken so we got a lower one I paid for a balcony a week ahead of time, we didn’t get told about the pool and hot tub was down so me and my kids were ready and had to pay some where to do something with them , someone spilled seeds out side the door we told them about it the day before we left as housekeeper were on the phones and didn’t clean it up until after we left, and then we would have to pay $16 a plate so um yeah , if we need a place to Silverthorne rec center...
