”We stayed here in July and location was centrally located and would be an excellent location if you are wanting to ski Copper, Breckenridge, or Keystone. Close to Frisco’s Main Street. Beds were comfortable but bunks were a bit short for our 6’5” son. Carpet and couch was a bit aged but worked well for us. Good internet and Netflix…kitchen was sufficiently stocked for our needs. Planning to check into this location again for our next winter stay. ”

”Very attractive, well-built and comfortable home close to town and I-70. It was also very well-equipped in terms of furnishings and kitchen appliances. The deck is extremely well located with a 1M view toward Mt. Royal out through the aspen grove which wraps around most of the deck. Property managers were easy to work with and followed up on our requests -- such as for trash pick-up (we were there 30 days). Only minor complaints due to lack of any drawers in master BRM for putting clothes...

”We had three families with teenagers staying for a long weekend to play a baseball tournament, and this property worked perfectly! Each set of parents had a private, comfortable room, and the kids bunked together. The common spaces were large enough for everyone to hang out. It was a quick drive to Breckenridge when needed but also very convenient to downtown Frisco. Thank you for sharing this beautiful home! ”

”We stayed a week the Mount Royal lodge and had a great time. We were there to celebrate our parents’ 50th anniversary. The kids loved the game room and the bunk room for cousin sleepovers, and we all enjoyed the very well stocked and spacious kitchen. The large dining table inside and the large table on the deck outside gave plenty of seating for our group. The kids wanted to do a movie night one night and we had some issues with getting the set up going, but Annette was quick to communicate and...
