”The hotel wasn’t horrible, but there were some issues I’d address if I were them. One is the elevators. The noises they make when in use are asking for panic. Another is the shower pressure, water pressure in general actually. Between that & the shower drain taking a shower was not soothing like most hotel showers are. There was 0 soap, shampoo & conditioner in the shower. This didn’t affect me as I brought my own, but it did my girlfriend. Also, chasing down trash bags for the room was not on...

”This is this second Home 2 home in different Ohio Locations we’ve stayed in recently and both were poor.
The bed was uncomfortable with a dip in the middle, the pillows were soft and lumpy and the towels are small and rough.
The breakfast was poor with not a lot of variety and yogurt in a machine.
We would not stay at this location again and will not stay in one anywhere else.”

”We had reserved a king room with a pull out sofa, the room was prepaid. When we arrived we were told they only had a queen room even though we had RESERVED and prepaid. We were very disappointed! They did offer a free breakfast at the buffet and a drink from the bar. We were unable to use either. When they refreshed the towels the net day, they also refilled the coffee, but not the cups.
