”The Management shows little concern for the reality of their guest’s experiences. We left the property this morning after a four day stay. During the stay, we informed them each day that TV didn’t work. They apologized, but NEVER repaired or mitigated the situation. I booked out room as an individual using a mobility scooter. Despite having a ramp onto the deck, there was no ramp into the hotel, and no grab bars in the restroom, despite management’s assertion and advertisement that the property...

”The room was spotless and very comfortable, and the food was truly exceptional. Breakfast, which was included, was fantastic every morning and a great way to start the day. The optional dinner each evening was equally impressive, with a different menu every night and consistently excellent quality. What truly set this property apart, however, was the hospitality. The hosts were absolutely amazing, welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind. I have never experienced this level of care and warmth...
