”Just a horrible experience. The staff was helpful and courteous but the actual room and hotel were quite sub-standard. I knew that I wasn't staying in 5-star place but the condition of the hotel was still a surprise. We had a none smoking room that had clearly been smoked in. The carpeted floors felt sticky and looked really worn out. Our bathroom had garbage from previous guests and during 4 night stay, it was never cleaned. Shower was loose from the wall and used towels were picked up once...

”We were placed on the second floor in a room that allowed pets, so expectations are not super high, as I'm sure they think pets are quite destructive and they can be. The room smelled heavily of the the purple Fabuloso cleaner, if you know you know, it was very overpowering and hard to be in there. In general the pet rooms are kind of rundown, not with respect to the furnishings, but just in general kind of rundown. It was a little annoying because I paid for two king suites, with adjoining...

”Friendly & helpful staff, clean rooms, not your regular breakfast buffet and nice gym! The indoor pool is really nice, but was a little chilly the winter night we arrived. We discovered the next morning the water flowing into the pool was frigid!”

”Great hotel, sweet staff, but hotel maid was kind of rude. Almost angry that we were staying longer, but the lady at the front desk was absolutely phenomenal and sweet. Even with the maid being a little bit rude I still would give it a 10 out of 10.”

Breakfast had plenty of options and was fresh. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.”
