”The property has a lot of potential. There is no sandy beach access on the property , just the long dock area. Not sure if another party left right before we arrived, beds were made and it was tidied , but could have used a better overall cleaning. (Floors , countertops, mopping etc.) Definitely a campground feel. Overall beautiful views and had a wonderful stay .”

”The kitchen was very well equipped. Living room was so cozy with the fire. Bed was super comfortable. The unit has really tall ceilings and is cozy. Only issue was the dog upstairs. They kept barking and whining.”

”It was the best view of Casco Bay and such a unique home. Beautiful accommodations that are both historic yet updated for comfort and convenience. Our host was phenomenal! So friendly…we thought he was one of our neighbors from Louisiana (not just because of his homemade hot sauce that he sent home with us, but more importantly because of his hospitality!)”

”The second time I have rented this property. Not as clean this time but fully equipped. The whole outside including chairs could use a good power wash. A bat was found in a corner of downstairs bedroom. CO2 monitor went off 3 times once at 5:30AM. I assume after calling the number it was serviced as it never went off again although no follow up call or note was left that it had been serviced?”

”This home is at such a great location. It was so easy to walk to great restaurants, shops, and other points of interest. The building is a charming townhouse on a pretty street and the interior is well- appointed, neat and clean. All the essentials plus some extras were supplied, from coffee to personal care items. Having dedicated parking was key. We very much appreciated how responsive the hosts were. They promptly answered questions and made sure we had everything we needed for a great stay.”

”A very comfortable, well thought out space with two bedrooms, nice size bathroom and good small kitchen with room to sit around the table and everything needed to cook. The place was very clean, the host is very accommodating & helpful...very kind. Not fancy, but just fine for collapsing at the end of the day; beds very comfortable. (kitchen is obviously updated) Very quiet in evening, which is important to us!!”

”Stayed a couple of days. Valet was actually excellent, quick, and efficient. The guys doing valet were auper on it and friendly. Check in was very easy. Roman and Alicia at the front desk were great, providing us with amazing service. I will say, the room was not the cleanest. Dog hair was all over, and there was a lot of dust on the very cute wooden walls. Baseboards in our room really needed help. So, yeah, like a 3 on cleanliness, because my allergies were off the wall! But the rooms are...

"Hotel was centrally located and easily accessible and rooms are well equipped. As the hotel is in the centre, sounds from the street (especially during the night time) were quite loud (as there are many bars and karaoke places in the neighborhood). Our rooms were on the second floor, we had a hard time sleeping (It is advisable to request for rooms upstairs). In general, the staff members (Reception and Bar/restaurant) very nice and friendly. What shocked us (and what reduced the overall rating) was that as we used Valet Parking, someone had slept in our car (passenger seat was in bed position). We commented it to the Valet guys and asked to talked to the manager. Manager was apparently out of reach and they promised that he/she would call back. He/she never did. We were in a hurry and had to start driving so could not continue settling it. We had an idea that Hyatt would be a nice chain with proper Valet service - This has clearly not been the case. "
