”We had a great time there! The garden and the pool are beautiful. In the outside you can feel really private, because the hole property is fenced in. Only one of the sleeping rooms is not as nice as the other two, it is dark and smells like an wet cellar.”

”It was so wonderful to be up in the hills of Tuscany and enjoying the outdoors. The house was so charming and historic We were able to walk up to an excellent restaurant in another historic building. As well, it was so close to Lucca and the train station. ”Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Küche und der gemütliche Essplatz mit Aussicht sind ideal zum selbst Kochen (mehr als geplant). Joggen und Wandern direkt ab dem Haus ist möglich, die Topografie ist sehr steil. Ausflugsziele sind mit dem Auto schnell erreicht. Die Gastgeber begleitet von Hunden und einem Schaf sind sehr zuvorkommend.”

”The spaces are great for larger groups to have space away and privacy for breaks. The pool and outdoor dining area was amazing. As expected, water pressure in these older homes can be inconsistent, but was not a problem. The home is a bit away from major highways, so day trips were a little more local driving, but didn’t limit us. Host family is nearby for support, but non intrusive and very accommodating. We had a wonderful dinner prepared our final night and everything was very hospitable.”

”Very charming house. Location good to explore around. Facilities good and a lot of utensils in the kitchen. We asked for a home made dinner at home and it was amazing. Improvements: Swimming pool doesn't have fence so kids cannot run around unsupervised. Dogs are a nightmare next door barking through the night. Gardener trying to come twice and the last day, he started to do the garden before we left the house so we could not leave kids running around or use the swimming pool.”

”House was super clean and comfortable. Assistant Monica was incredibly helpful and kind and spoke some English. She not only gave great information but dropped off a cake for my daughters birthday. The home had all the conveniences of home along with much more. This was super conveniently located and close to Lucca and Pisa. An hour away from a few more line Florence and CinqueTerra and more. Comfortable for ten. Great little restaurant close as well. We really enjoyed our stay. Cheers We will...

”I knew instantly when I saw the listing for this Villa that it stood apart from the others! In person though it is even more beautiful! The owner is a decorator and his home is like a showroom for his talent and taste. We even visited his design shop where we loved things everywhere we looked. He( Giovanni) is very nice and even brought us breakfast one morning! To talk about our magical stay I must talk about the manager, Martina! From her beautiful welcoming smile to her unbelievable...

The view on top of the mount was breathtaking. The owners, Antonio and Silvia are unquestionably the finest, dearest owners we have ever met.
