”Richard was quick to reply to my questions and very kind to let us have an early check in. The villa is stunning with tons of space and plenty of things to keep the kids busy. The villa is a ten minute drive from Estepona old town, which is beautiful, loved eating out there. Our only complaint would be the pool maintenance guy took a whole day to clean the pool. He left all the cleaning equipment in the pool and disappeared for the day. We mentioned it to Rebecca and she quickly chases him...

”The property is very clean and modern throughout. The outside space is nicely shaded for most of the day with both a dining table and comfortable seating area. The air conditioning keeps the property at a pleasant temperature even on the hottest days. The grounds are immaculately kept, the gardeners are working every day. The pool is large and has plenty of loungers with sun shades and there is a lifeguard on duty all day. I highly recommend this property”

”This was our 2nd stay at this property. Perfect location to the beach and restaurants. Although the price was good there were a couple of negatives - the small 2nd bath is the size of a small closet and had very poor lighting. Neelum warned us of that but not until we were scheduled to check in. Not a deal breaker. The bedding was a turn off - there were no top sheets, just a very worn bed spread in the double bedroom. I don't remember that from our 1st stay.”
