Nice hotel with renovated lovely rooms
Great value for money, nice pool area with a pool bar, all rooms are renovated and look really fresh. Can also recommend the breakfast buffet, there were lots to choose from. The hotel is located on the northern cape of Corralejo, so if the weather is really windy it might be a bit disturbing. Hotel staff is really friendly and made everything to fulfill our wishes.

Kulunut Hesperia
Parhaat päivät ovat takana. Hotelli kaipaa mittavaa kunnostusta. Yleisten tilojen kalusteet ovat kuluneet ja nuhruiset. Valaistus on heikko. Yleisilme on suttainen. Hotellin "suite - huoneet" ovat kaukana sviitistä. Nuhjuiset vuodevaatteet, hyvät pyyhkeet. Kylpyhuoneessa vettä tulee niukasti suihkusta, kaikki kulunutta. Kahden viikon aikana WiFi - yhteys poikki neljä päivää peräkkäin. Suiten hinta laatuun nähden kallis. Vaikea löytää positiivista. Parkkipaikka oli hyvä.

Kaikki meni sujuvasti ja ilman turhia mutkia. Henkilökunnalta sai apua aina tarvittaessa ja vaikka ensimmäisinä päivinä netti ei toiminut, sekin tuli kuntoon loppulomaksi.

Hesperia Bristol Playa Corralejo
Vanhantava, mutta kodikas hotellikompleksi. Henkilökunta todella mukava ja kohtelias, puutarhan hoitajasta vastaanottovirkailijoihin kaikki tervehtivät iloisesti joka kerta. Jokainen näytti viihtyvän työssään. Saimme vaihdettua altaan vieressä maan tasalla olevan huoneemme ilman lisämaksua kolmanteen kerrokseen. Emme itse oleskele altailla, eikä olisi ollut hauska katsella terassimme edessä makoilevia auringonottajia kolmea viikkoa, jonka viivyimme hotellissa. Kerrossiivoojat tekivät töitä hiki hatussa, ja hoitivat työnsä kiitettävästi, mutta huoneiden perussiisteydessä oli toivomisen varaa, ja vähäiset keittiötarvikkeet jokseenkin huonossa hapessa. Seinissä ja katossa oli ikäviä pinttyneitä roiskeita, osa hyttysten taposta tulleita kai? Perusteellinen suursiivous silloin tällöin ei olisi pahitteeksi. Parvekkeeen lasi likaantui ikävästi puoliumpeen ensimmäisen (ja viimeisen) sadekuuron jälkeen 1. viikolla, ja pyynnöstä huolimatta sitä ei pesty. Hotelli tuntui aluksi sijaitsevan jossain kaukana kaikesta, mutta ympäristöön tutustuttuamme se olikin ihan sopivassa paikassa. Keskusta oli riittävän lähellä, ja aaltojen katselupaikkoja oli vieressä. Uimaranta oli vähän kauempana. Linja-autoasema oli lähellä, ja vuokratulle autolle oli parkkitilaa, jota keskustassa olisi saanut etsiä. Aamiaistarjoilu sisälsi kaikenlaisia herkkuja, ja vaikka emme joka aamu siellä käyneetkään, hauska ja huomaavainen hovimestari muisti huoneemme numeron jo toisella kerralla. (Tosin emme jääneet miettimään, minkätähden muisti). Kaikenkaikkiaan rento paikka, hintansa väärtti, ainakin meille, jotka emme kaipaa marmorilattioita ja diskoja ja muuta härpäkettä hotelliltamme.

Hotel Bristol Playa -
Hotelli yllätti puhtaudellaan ja siisteydellään ! PAlvelu oli hyvää ja aina tervehdittiin mukavasti, siivoojasta baarimikkoon ! Kolmen tähden hotelliksi aivan mainio valinta, hinta oli sopiva eikä sijaintikaan ollut huono, helposti pääsi liikkumaan kaupunkiin, ja dyyneille! Pyörävuokraamo ihan alakerrassa, jostai sai erittäin laadukkaat pyörät vuokralle. Kaikenkaikkiaan miellyttävä kokemus, voisin valitä tämän hotellin uudestaankin !

Ants in kitchen. Cheap mattresses, cheap furniture. Old kitchen which looks a mess. Just overall needs a reverb to be competitive with other hotels. However the Bathrooms are nice. Asked for us to move rooms, but took over 18hrs to find us another room, in the mean time the ants were all in our food we purchased. Not good and no reimbursement for this issue from the hotel.

Das Hotel ist in guter Lage im Norden von Corralejo und fussläufig erreicht man den Hafen, die Altstadt …. Das Apartment ist in die Jahre Jahre gekommen aber zweckmäßig ausgestattet - der Innenhof mit Pools eine Oase und bietet auch eine Poolbar mit Snacks …. War schon einige Male dort - Parkplätze kostenfrei vorm Hotel

Had potential but let down by a couple of things
We enjoyed our weekend stay here. Sadly, a few slight things let it down. Firstly, the negatives. Our room smelled strongly of cigerettes. As non smokers, this was quite off putting. A very late check in of 5pm was a little inconvenient but there was a place to store our luggage. The electrics were dodgy. Some of the lights wouldnt turn off and some would flicker and trip. Lots of positives though. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Everywhere was clean and quiet too. Location wise, it's a little walk from the centre but very quiet and our room has lovely views over the ocean. We enjoyed some live music in the bar on Saturday evening. We would definitely stay again in the future though.

The flat was ok , apart from large crack in wall on balcony, palm trees in front of balcony needed a trim. The choice of TV channels was really poor for English soeakers, plus the remote didnt work. Walk to accomodation not great made wirse when coming back from town ,the road ended up underneath our flat but the gates were always closed si you had walk all the way round to the reception to gain entry. Limited cooking ,2 rings 2 pans and a microwave. Would not recommend or come again . Thank you

The pool area, pool bar, evening bar and reception are great. Rooms are dated and some of the areas leading to them are too. No problem for us we just wanted a base. The hotel is about 10/15 min walk from the main strip in corralejo.

Great views and large apartment in Corralejo.
Great views from the balcony. Helpful reception staff. Great evening bar with friendly and entertaining staff who made it a great experience! Pool is very busy and the fight for sun beds is ridiculous in August. Not enough space for the amount of guests so I didn’t bother with the pool. The pool bar is good but the next morning it was still scruffy and not clean so only went once. No cleans or fresh towels during the stay. Staff, large apartment, friendly staff and lovely evening atmosphere

If sitting around the pool with other tourists sunning yourself to a crisp and drinking all day is your thing, then you’ll love it here. Could be quite charming, however the hotel is largely tired, musty smelling, and lacking charm. Good shower, large towels. Stovetop didn’t work. Hidden fine print with an expectation to clean on departure or potentially incur $150 fee.

Un hôtel pour touriste de passage
Hôtel simple et chambre vètuste. Mériterait un rafraîchissement. La situation de ma chambre était bien loin des meilleures et donnait sur les cours extérieurs de l’hôtel. Déçu.
