Lovely property, on the quiet end of Corralejo which is good. Could have do e with a few more utensils in the kitchen

The staff and rooms were excellent the only downside is there is no daily cleaning had to change our own bedding no fresh towels i dont go away to do my own cleaning so although the rooms and staff were good i wouldnt stay there again

The staff were great - they initially gave us an apartment that would have been noisy with people passing but changed this for us without delay when we asked them to. The entire complex is kept so clean it's almost unbelievable… there was even someone painting the scuff marks on the walls to keep them pristine white. The pool area is very small so it's almost impossible to get a sun lounger, as obviously there are the usual suspects who stake their claim whether they’re using them or not. If you want absolute peace and quiet this isn’t the place for you… there’s a rooftop bar on one of the blocks which plays loud music… pluses and minuses to this of course! It's a great place to have a cocktail and listen to live music and watch the sunset, but if you want a quiet time in your apartment you can’t. To be fair, it's only Wednesday to Sunday, and they do stop at 10.30pm, so this isn’t a complaint, just an observation. The apartment itself (junior suite) was perfectly clean and had all the basics we needed for simple self catering. The location is very handy for the bus stop and the local supermarket, restaurants and bars.

Great place to stay
Loved the apartment, clean, well equiped and modern. Didnt need aircon as it wasnt overly hot inside the apartment and there is a large ceiling fan which was ample. There is a roof top bar which is great but obviously does mean there is some noise between around 5pm and 11.00pm but a lovely area fir a sunset drink. Pool is lovely but small for the amount of people so sun beds are a little scarce. Cleaning of rooms and use of gym is charged extra so just something to bare in mind. Great place would definitely go back

This is an ok property, but not one I would go back to. The rooms are very noisy and you can hear music until late. There is also no cleaning of rooms (I didn’t notice this before) or air conditioning. Had I gone in the summer it would have been unbearable. We paid extra for breakfast and then decided to lose the money and go elsewhere as we were given dry toast, awful coffee and a glass of juice. Overall I was disappointed.

Banging disco
The property is very well located next to shops and restaurants, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The apartments are spread across 6 blocks ours being on the 2nd floor of block 2 directly below the rooftop bar where loud music was played on a number of evenings up to midnight although it was at a reduced volume after 23:00. On Saturday the disco music with a banging beat was particularly uncomfortable. For us a couple in our 60's it spoilt what would have been a nice place to stay for the week. The signs in the lobby of the apartment building suggest that it is prohibited to alter the tranquility of the building with singing, high volume of stereos. It would have been appreciated if the resort had follwed its own rules.

Great place, glorious food, good price
We had a really enjoyable stay. Great accommodation and amenities. Location is fantastic, less than 10 minute walk to bars, harbour and beaches. Bus stop for local travel really handy. Staff really helpful. Breakfast taken in their restaurant next door was a great start to the day. Unfortunately our balcony (D10) was possibly the least private, so would try to avoid if we return, but not a deal breaker. You cannot fault this accommodation.

Property does not have on site parking or AC. Burntout lights in the room. Washroom sing would barely drain. Shower improperly constructed where water flow onto the floor of the bathroom. You had to damn the shower door at the floor with towels then wring them out and hang to dry. Furniture was badly worn. Most of the caulking was split. Beware should you get a room in block 2. Second floor is beneath the rooftop bar and dance floor. If you are in suites F or G your room and balcony view is of the Main Street! Property was clean and well cared for as was the pool. The room left a lot to be desired.

Hi Jonathan, we are very sorry if your expirence were not great. We try our best to make it nice. Maintenance was checking your room after you leave and they check all the bumbs were working good is just there are differents interruptors for every light that maybe you did not see. We are very sure if you ask before we could explain you how to use it and we could check your sink, about the shower, is working perfectly maybe you did not close it properly. We have a very big parking lot in front of the apartments and also there is lots of space i the avenue for parking. Regards

Mixed feelings about the accommodation. Had apartment for six, we were four. Parts of the decor tired and worn, small bathroom for a group, with issues. Kitchen fan didn't work and hob unresponsive. Balcony sat over busy road, so couldn't sit out. Staff in the restaurant were at times, well grumpy, giving mixed instructions from different staff and then berating us for following the initial instruction. I don't want to be told off like a child on holiday when staff issue conflicting information to us. Maintenance lady who came to our apartment was simply just rude. On the plus side, Staff on reception were very polite and helpful, the breakfast food was good and the roof-bar was nice.

Nice rooms, comfortable pillows and mattress. Interesting” breakfast - really liked the settings and restaurant. Pleasantly surprised with “freshly squeezed” orange juice but on the next day saw a lady filling up the bottles from cheap brand pack of juice… very slow service. Internet didn’t work. Asked the reception to fix it, but it wasn’t fixed. Area may not be safe as one family at the reception was reporting to a police as being robed while entering the property.

Staff were amazingly friendly and offered support and assistance when we had a medical emergency. They went above and beyond. We had 2 rooms as our booking was not available on arrival but they moved us the next day without question Very clean and the Queen size bed was comfortable and totally unexpected I would say I would return again just for the bed. Small print said charge for cleaning anf this is not the case. There was no charge.

Problems with check in, i could check in 2hours later than promised. I had an issue with the shower drain, so that the kitchen was flooded. The service was friendly, but didnt respond to my whatsapp messages. The food was okay and the service was friendly. My room was just under the gym, it was very loud when people trained at the gym.

Nice apartments, clean and fairly modern. No air conditioning or daily cleaning service - although you can pay for this. Not much in the area - couple of supermarkets within a few minutes. Beach and port are both close by - 10 minutes walk. As is Music Square etc. Fuerteventura is lovely.

Would stay again
Very nice hotel. Rooms very warm, but fans left. Pool looked nice but we did not get to try it out as we were only there 2 nights. Lady on reception lovely and really helpful .

Nuestra llegada al Bristol fue muy buena. Nos estaban esperando y como hicimos el check in online teníamos todo preparado. Nos entregaron un sobre con las explicaciones y nos fuimos al apartamento. Ha sido una experiencia que sin duda repetiremos por el trato y sobre todo porque los apartamentos están fenomenal con todo lo que se necesita.

De momento diremos bien a secas
La verdad que la experiencia ha sido muy agradable quitando que el ventilador de techo no funcionaba y no tiene aire acondiconado. Esto no supuso un problema por que no habia mucho calor pero si esto pasa en verano seria un gran problema ya que seria insoportable estar en el apto. La limpienza es imoecable, muy bien cuidado todo, la atencion del recepcionista muy buena y el restaurante espectacular, llwgamos tarde y la verdad que pudimos cenar y todo un acierto y su personal desborda simpatia y atencion un abrazote desde Barcelona, recomiendo tanto el hotel como el restaurante pero mirar el tema de los ventiladores, repetiremos!

Très bien
Un bon établissement, propre et bien situé. C est tout de même plus une location d appartement qu un appart/hôtel. Il manque tout de même les services hôteliers minimums. Pas de papier toilette à notre arrivée et une serviette de toilette. Cependant c est propre, la literie est confortable et la cuisine bien équipée. La douche est vraiment top. La piscine est propre et bien entretenue mais très peu d espace pour les transats. Une dizaine pour tout le complexe. C est très bien situé, à 5 minutes du centre et du port. Deux supermarchés à 3 minutes. Le personnel est agréable.

The property was clean, ideal location, close to everything. The only down was the fact that we were not given clean bedding or towels half way through out stay. We had booked for 10 days. This apparently was because it was a private booking.

Le fait qu il soit bien situé, qu’il y ai un accès à un parking gratuit juste à côté, qu il y ai une cuisine toute équipée et un balcon dans l’appartment. Plein d’activités sont proposées: salle de sport avec des cours, piscine, vélo, bar sur toit terasse.
