Lots of good and sunny days !
We were a one week holiday in Elba Carlota the hotel. Holiday in the hotel started catastrophically and score could not have been one, but fortunately all things repaired and at the end all things was well. We went to the hotel and we were promised a sunny room but the room would have been just a sunny early in the morning otherwise completely in the shade. The worst part was that the room door open key card did not work even we changes new were up to two times. In the end, we were in the room and the maintenance man repaired the outside of the lock and we had no keys at all. Fortunately, in the reception desk had a whole week rescue Gabriel. He switched us to a new room and became a self-help in moving goods now was a good functional room. Thank you very much Gabriel you are The Best !

He pagado 150 por una noche en un hotel que con cumple los minimos para que lo regalen, ñlegue despue de un dia de trabajo a dormieñr a mi habitación, el desague del lavamamos estaba atascado, no habia ninuna sola toalla, ni mamta en la habitación. Llenamos a recepción a las 11 de la noche yben lugar de cambiarme de habitaciones vino un señor a ibyentar arreglar el balo que lo q hizo es dejar el lavamanos sin tapa, averiado pero por lo memos bajana el.agua, luego vino una señorita a dejarme 2 toallas grandes, ni toallas de mano ni del suleo ni una triste manta. Una vez hablo con el hotel ybme dixe q estan llenos y nobhau mas habitaciones y mi comemtario es q si estan llenos, no vendan lo q no es vendible y menos a un precio que no es acorde al servicio pq es un robo en toda regla

This is my 4th time staying at this property and I really love visiting the hotel. I've previously reviewed the hotel, amenities and transport options in detail in previous reviews (see September 2022) so won't repeat here. Suffice to say I thoroughly enjoyed a hassle free couple of weeks in the sun in a nice hotel with excellent staff.

Un des meilleurs hôtel de fuerteventura! L’accueil est au top la nourriture est très bonne et variée! Une bonne animation autant pour les adultes que pour les enfants! Ma fille a fait une pool party au mini club elle était ravie. Les chambres sont spacieuses, propres et bien équipées. Nous avions la suite junior avec vue sur mer elle était impeccable! Je recommande fortement cette hôtel qui ma embellie mon séjour a fuerteventura! Je compte y retourner très rapidement.

The hotel can be reached in approximately 10 minutes by taxi from the airport at a cost of ~€18. You can also take a local bus (service #3) for ~€2, but it takes a little longer as it serves a number of local towns on route. Guests can access the beach areas via the hotel gardens with a shopping centre (Atlantico Centro Comercial) which includes a large supermarket, also being nearby. The hotel staff are amongst the best I have encountered at a large hotel. Everyone is pleasant, friendly and very helpful. My room was on the 5th floor, furnished to a good standard and I had no issues with noise and slept very well. I had half board and was impressed by the variety and standard of food which was available at both breakfast and dinner. In summary, a well-run hotel which I would highly recommend, particularly, for those with young families.

Okay. Good location. Cruise like feel
Cruise like feel. Paid for all inclusive but it was limited to very low end drinks. Cocktails were poorly mixed and did not taste great to include the sangria; stick to beer or wine. Very nice servers, very friendly. No sit down restaurants on property, all meals were buffet style. The jacuzzi heat stopped working after the first day we arrived, informs the front desk daily, they replied with the same reply daily, we will submit a maintenance request. Unfortunately, did not get to use during our stay. Good location, next to a mall and the beach. Had good activities for children on the weekend. If your looking for a getaway to spoil yourself or it’s a special occasion, I would recommend a different hotel.

Great stay and would return
I really liked it here, clean and spacious rooms and all the staff are amazing and very helpful. The queue for the lobby bar wasn't great but that was the only negative. The pools were great, as were the daily aquafit classes, such good fun. I liked the food, there are loads of choices so you couldn't go hungry, some of it could have been a bit hotter but I tended to wait for the freshly cooked items i.e king prawns, squid and steak. The location was ideal being right on the beach and a nice level walk into the town. Beautiful sunrises too.

Complejo hotelero que tiene todas las comodidades que puedes buscar. La única pega es que está cerca del aeropuerto y el ruido de los aviones puede molestar un poco. Excelente amabilidad de todo el personal.

Muy buenas instalaciones y personal muy amble y servicial. Mi queja es por la política de la empresa. Por la crisis del coronavirus, tuvimos problemas con el vuelo de vuelta. Fue cancelado y nos reubicaron en otro vuelo tres días más tarde. No nos dejaron hospedar en el hotel, pese a que tenía habitaciones disponibles y tuvimos que buscar otro hotel. El personal de recepción amablemente nos ayudo en esta gestión.

Aerei ... troppo bassi
Avevamo voglia di provare un altro Elba dopo altri di Caleta e la scelta è caduta sul Carlota anche per la sua vicinanza all'aeroporto. Bella camera con vista sul mare con bagno ben fornito e presenza di bidet. Colazione e cena con ampia scelta e al mattino apprezzati i succhi di frutta freschi. Una piscina era in ristrutturazione e quindi l'altra un pò affollata ma climatizzata. Unica nota negativa è il passaggio degli aerei in atterraggio sull' hotel che inizia già al mattino subito dopo le 7.

The hotel is on the flight path of landing aircraft, less than 300 feet above. The frequency of aircraft and the noise would ruin our stay, we decided within an hour to leave and find a restful hotel. It is unacceptable this issue is not noted for would be customers, at least so they may make an informed choice
