”Landlady was absolutely friendly and allways ready to help and give us any suggestion. The house is very nice and comfortable with anything you could need during your holidays. Location is very quiet and close to anything you want to visit on the north of the island. No doubt I would repeat on the future.”

It seems someone is not doing their job in looking after this Villa and I’m sure the owner would be quite unhappy,the issues faced were: Pool cover ripped Pool light not working Pool paint flaking Pool net pole comes apart (extn) Pool filter/pump enclosure has dangerous electrics with non assembled consumer unit (not locked and tiny hands...

”The villa had everything we needed and more. High quality furniture and fittings and a huge covered outside dining and lounge area overlooking the pool. Mature garden.”

From the house with the car you easily reach the Papagayo beaches and can discover the whole island. The owner organizes everything in an uncomplicated way and guarantees a pleasant stay. Well equiped kitchen confy beds SUPERB bathroom ...Too sit on that terrace watching the beach life was great and the added bonus if a pool too ...best of both worlds !! Ursula and James are delightful people who where so helpful and friendly and gave us lots of helpful tips for places to see and restaurants etc. My only one negative ( and its not the aoartments fault )...

Das Haus, das modern eingerichtet und zudem gut gepflegt ist, liegt in der Nähe des Meeres. Der Strand ist sehr schön und das Meer lädt zum Baden ein. Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub verbracht.”
