”Wir hatten zwei wundervolle Wochen. Die Ferienwohnung ist hell, sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber. Und was für ein Ausblick! Von beiden Balkonen, die je nach Bedarf mal Schatten oder Sonne spenden, sieht man den Hafen, Lanzarote, Lobos und vieles mehr. Allein das war Urlaub pur. Yannick und seine Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort sind sehr freundlich und bemüht. ”Lovely place to stay, unfortunately we were unable to use the outside space at the rear of the property due to work being done on the property next door. Washing ended up being covered in sawdust. The owner did not know that the builder was going to be doing work.”

”We arrived early evening - property did not strike us as being cleaned. ( Mouse/rat pellets in bedroom not good). My wife spent quite some time next day cleaning floor etc. We have stayed in Jardin del Sol many times and know it well. We then settled in and enjoyed our stay. A lovely small property in a lovely area.”

”Perfect getaway for 2! The apartment was clean, with fully equipped kitchen. Complete with a large fridge, freezer and washing machine. The bed was comfortable and the double closet had lots of hangers and a safe. The complex was spotlesdly clean and quiet. The pool area, rooftop sunbathing and sunset bar were fabulous. Our hosttess Simone and colleague Cristina looked after us from booking, during our stay, and to leaving. The communications were excellent! We will for sure reccomend yhis...

”Das Apartment hatte einen schönen Blick aus erhöhter Lage auf Costa Calma und das Meer. Die Ausstattung beinhaltete alles was man in einer Ferienwohnung benötigt. Ein paar deutsche TV Sender waren ebenfalls vorhanden. Einziger Minuspunkt war, dass wir ein Apartment in der Etage darüber gebucht hatten mit noch besserer Aussicht und größerem Wohnzimmer, dann jedoch ein Apartment mit kleinerem Wohnzimmer und weniger Aussicht erhalten haben.”

”Wir haben das gefunden, was wir gesucht haben. Die ruhige Siedlung verfügt über keinen Tourismus, hat eine schöne Aussicht und man ist mit dem Mietwagen zeitnah an den schönen Kisten der Insel. Da uns besonders der Süden und Westen Fuerteventuras interessieren, gibt es aus meiner Sicht kein einen besseren Standort. Balkon mit Meerblick überzeugte, die Einrichtung ist funktional und weitestgehend vollständig. Lediglich eine zweite Kochplatte hätte ich mir gewünscht, doch das war und vorher...

”The complex itself is lovely. It is well-maintained with a nice pool. The apartment is bright with good amenities and the small malfunction we had with the kettle was instantly dealt with and Edyta (our charming property manager) came by with a new one the following day. The complex is not too near the centre of Costa Calma and it took us a couple of days to get used to finding our way to the shops/beach/restaurants but it was well worth it and we grew to really love the place. Try the nearby...

Well equiped kitchen confy beds SUPERB bathroom ...Too sit on that terrace watching the beach life was great and the added bonus if a pool too ...best of both worlds !! Ursula and James are delightful people who where so helpful and friendly and gave us lots of helpful tips for places to see and restaurants etc. My only one negative ( and its not the aoartments fault )...

”Der Eigentümer Alfredo ist sehr hilfsbereit und aufmerksam. Bereits im Vorfeld hat er auf alle unsere Fragen geantwortet und uns Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt gegeben. Das Haus, das modern eingerichtet und zudem gut gepflegt ist, liegt in der Nähe des Meeres. Der Strand ist sehr schön und das Meer lädt zum Baden ein. Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub verbracht.”
