”Please stay away from this hotel, it's a scam. It's certainly not a premium hotel and I can't recommend it to anyone. It is not a separate hotel as they make it look, they share the premises with the Barcelo Jandia Playa, which is a 2-star hotel at most. The rooms and the entire hotel is totally run down and needs urgent renovations. The only thing you get from staying at the so called premium part is access to a separate adults only pool area and a separate restaurant. The rooms and everything...

”What a great hotel - charming, comfortable and lovely decor; friendly professional staff; great location as removed from town so very peaceful but can get to town easily; great pool area with plentiful sun beds - no waiting for sun beds; adults only so very quiet; affordable prices for a five star. Free upgrade. Definitely coming back! Highly recommend ”

”Lovely hotel and super friendly staff. Rooms huge . Areas of wear and tear in rooms. The breakfast buffet was very poor worse one we’ve ever had. Hot food was luke warm. Lunch buffet worse than breakfast buffet . So much so we only used it twice we decided to pay to eat out despite having paid half board. Shame the food seriously lets the hotel down and belonging to such a large chain of hotels this should not be the case”

”Good breakfast, very friendly staff all round. Restaurants of a good standard reasonably close, and near the lighthouse if you fancied a longer walk. Nice saltwater heated pool. Get a room with at least a partial sea view.”
