So people understand as you enter the property you have the lounge area , kitchen and covered dinning area . On this floor is a bedroom and bathroom. ”We had 3 weeks a beautiful time in this big house. Matias the agent is a very kindly and understandig man. We asked for an extra set of clean towels and that was no problem at all. In the kitchen we missed the coffee maker but that was not a great problem. We used instant coffee with warm water from the kettle. The kitchen inventory was very extensive but it is a pity that not everyone clean well the frying pans and roasting pans.During our stay we didn't use the hottub and BBQ.We asked the man...

”This was a short trip for some spring sunshine and we were delighted with the villa. The pool isn't massive but perfectly adequate... Although there is no shallow end so not ideal for smaller travellers. The hottub is ace and given the outlook from the villa you can sit and watch the sunset from the hottub. The main outside area gets the sun from early morning right through to sunrise.The villa is ideally located for Marina Rubicon... A gentle 15 minute walk to all the restaurants and bars. ...
