”Staff were excellent. I found that I lost my passport when I was checking in. They helped to call my last hotel, seeked for their help to the room I stayed lastly, and arranged with them to send it back by courier. Thank you very much for their nice help.
BTW, the local "taksashi" crab at nearby restaurant is super super oishii!! Must try!!”

”写真でみた印象より部屋はこざっぱりして綺麗で良かったです。ただ二段ベッドの上段の読書灯はコンセントを入れスイッチを入れても点きませんでした。朝食の手作りパンもトーストしたらとても美味しかったです。ハブラシも洗面コーナーにありました。2階にはシャワーとトイレも男女別に各1箇所あります。シャワーのブースにはバスタオルやシャワーキャップ、ボディタオルも置いてありました。場所も富士山駅から徒歩５分ですし、目の前には路線バスのバス停もあります。当日宿泊されている方々が静かだったので、ゆっくり休めました。おすすめです。

”We stayed here for just one night, and it was a lovely experience.
The location is perfect — only a short, easy walk from Kawaguchiko Station.
Check-in was smooth and simple, and the host was very thoughtful.
There are also many cultural touches and experiences you can enjoy inside the house, which made the stay feel special.
The only minor downside is that since the room has tatami flooring,
it can feel a bit humid, and there’s a faint damp smell when you first enter from outside.

”Family of four (with 8yo twins) stayed here in November 2025. It's a beautiful inn, comfortable and clean and quiet, with friendly staff and good food for breakfast and dinner. The bath is lovely -- staff help you book a time in the evening at check in, and it's available on a first come first served basis in the morning. Free shuttles up to Gora in the morning are also a bonus (although you'll have to get yourself to Asante in the afternoon/evening as they don't offer shuttles then). Overall a...
