”The carpet and floors were stained and the rooms smelled like stale cigarettes with perfume. You had to request towels and room cleaning or else they would not check the rooms smelled”

”Managed to get an accessibility room after some discussion. Evidently you can only reserve them if you phone in and not by registering online. Also right outside the accessible room was the only ice machine for the whole facility and it is not secured at night. People were filling large coolers at all times during the night. Most did not actually stay at the lodge.”

”Easy to find and check in. We didn't have all the towels we needed when we got to our room, and it took a little while to get them. We did discover a bed bug, which put a big damper on the rest of our stay. The staff was ok. We woudn't stay here again if we had other options but maybe if we have to stay there again the experience would be better.”

”Arrive at 4:00 am and the toilet was broken, The desk clerk was extremely helpful and courteous and moved us to another room immediately. We inquired about late check out on our final day and the daytime staff was very pleasant to work with. Staff at this location understands hospitality and taking care of their guest. ”

”Right away, the woman at the front desk was very friendly and greeted me with a fresh chocolate chip cookie. I had a question about my bill and the deposit which was explained thoroughly and professionally. The room was clean, simple and very nice. Beware of a coffee machine, it seems like a Keurig, but it’s not intuitive. I poured more than a single cup full into the brewing compartment and it overflowed when pouring coffee. Oh well. The pool and hot tub were adequate, breakfast buffet was...

”I never leave negative reviews, but this motel was just the cherry on top. I wouldn’t recommend this place to stay at not even for a NIGHT. It stinks like Cigarets, It definitely wasn’t cleaned before they checked it out to us, since another persons UNDERWEAR & SOCKS were hanging on the shower curtain. To top it off, there was cigaret burns on the bed sheets. SUCH A DISGUSTING PLACE. Do not spend your money here. If you have children with you, DO NOT STAY HERE it smells horrible and it is not...

”I checked in and went to the room and found a light fixture hanging off the wall, room smelled like cigarette smoke, towels in the bathroom were either dirty or stained, dirt on the floor, was afraid to check the bed. Went to the office and said I didn't want to stay and cancel my reservation. Was assured by office staff that they would ok a credit upon talking to Expedia. That did not happen, Expedia could not get ahold of them to check on credit, so I was charged the whole amount. Horrible...

”Something special. Cllose to many wineries. Hacienda’s own wine is worth tasting. It’s excellent wine with smooth taste. Nice garden and pool area.”
