”I had a mixed experience. Many of the hotel staff were very friendly and the hotel is in a nice location. My challenges started before I arrived. I had contacted the hotel in advance to ask about a hotel transfer, any arrangements as I would be arriving before the check in time and that it’d be my birthday during my stay so could anything be arranged. I had an initial response but no follow up when I sent over my flight details, nor when I sent a second email to check. The result was that I...

”The property was beautiful. Morning staff were respectful and helpful. The checkin manager was not helpful at all. The property is around 200 meters away from where th car reaches and no one helps you with luggage, it’s not mentioned in the listing. No one is at thr property after 5 and no response to messages. Royal suite had 2 beds and one comforter and when asked for extra comforter, no one replied. It might be acceptable for the region but international travellers are used to better...

”Good location and friendly staff, nice breakfast. The room was a little noisy, there was a fridge in the room which made noise. Also the air condisioning system behind the window disturbed the sleeping.”

Olin marraskuussa.”

”The hotel and the staff made us feel like being in a paradise! Instead of two different rooms that we had reserved and paid for, we got one beautiful suite including two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room and a kitchen. The wifi connection was a bit weak so we informed the reception of that. The next morning a lady came and changed the modem and the wifi connection was excellent after that! The breakfast and dinner were lavish and so delicious, big thanks to the kitchen and waiter...

”Liikenne ”

”Je suis très contente et très satisfait👍👍🙂”

”When we first got there, the checking in was absolute mess. No order, people pushing to get up to the counter. When there, they ignored you until I had to forcefully say, hey I am here. And the stench in the room was awful. I had a hard time sleeping. I would wake up almost gagging. Out of my 3 weeks in Turkey and Tunisia, this was the most negative situation I had. Now having said that, the place was beautiful and the food was good. So gave it 3 out of 5.”

”Lovely people , very Nice and kind staff”
