”Safe & essy parking, great valet/concierge, reception services Housekeeping needs additional trainung; grungy bath towels, did not leave shower floor towel, no coffee replenished, durty dishes was not picked up.”

”The YBC Grand is my go to hotel for staying in Olongapo. The convenience of the stores, casino, and malls that are all walkable distances are amazing. The lobby itself is decorated with Christmas theme decorations during the holidays. The AC in the rooms is powerful and cools you down quickly. Water pressure is decent and bathrooms are good. Overall a very good price for the location it is in. Management is amazing and will take care of you. Can’t wait to come back this upcoming year!!”

”The location is perfect ..the room is nice with the beddings and pillows it is comfortable to sleep .the thing is our room is right next to their supplies cleaning material room etc. All in all us was a great hotel too..”

”As a foreigner, the room was clean and comfortable. The rooms are limited to 1-2 people, so we needed 2 rooms for 3 people. The lobby is ok. It’s a safe option. ”

”Yövyin Central Park Reef - hotellista ensimmäistä kertaa. Huoneeni 204 oli tasoa "executive". Hotellissa oli mielestäni kaikki kohdallaan. Sisäänkirjautuminen sujui ongelmitta, huone oli iso, sänky aivan mahtava. Wi-Fi toimi hienosti kuten myös suihku. Uin sekä ala altaassa että yläaltaassa. Henkilökunta oli aivan loistavaa. Erityiskiitos Olivelle joka vastasi huoneeni siisteydestä. En keksi hotellista mitään vikaa ja voin lämpimästi suositella sitä.”

”Lights are too complicated not good for some seniors No bar soap are available I like the room very spacious I like the hallway it’s wide, never seen that before People are nice, they just forget to clean our room on our last day ”

”Location’s close to SM so it’s very convenient. It’s at the middle of a busy road, so it can feel a little suspicious. Staff are very friendly and accomodating! ”

”Yes there is mold all over the bathroom, the sink around the faucet. There is no wash cloth. The sheets had stained. And the room smells. The first room we had the AC is not working so we had to moved on our 2nd day to another room. The room had cocoroches all over the room. We got sick cuz of the mold.”

”The room smelt of tobacco at first , gradually replaced with the smell of sewer. There was no toilet tissue. The included coffee and pastries was not available. The bed was very hard even for Asian standards. The location is good The rate is fair ”
