”Property is set back away from the road with trees and garden, very quiet , and relaxing . Jean is a lovely lady making us very welcome, plenty of knowledge of the local area. Room was very comfortable, patio tables outside to be able to sit and chill. We had a lovely breakfast in the granary chatting to Jean a lovely friendly lady. Would recommend .”

”Excellent overnight stay in this delightful spot in the South Downs, close to Worthing. Beautifully modernised premises in spacious well-kept grounds. Our room was first class, as were the service snd the excellent breakfast, cooked in front of us. Altogether a real find.”

”We stayed at the Ropemaker for five nights and thoroughly enjoyed the hotel and its restaurant. We had a lovely king-size bed that was very comfortable. The room had a portable air conditioning unit that kept it very cool, which we appreciated. However, it is noisy at night. The outdoor bar area is super cute and has little cabanas that seat about 4 guests. We'll definitely stay here again.”
