Floatinghouse Elements WOMA D13 – Modern Houseboat for 6 on Röblinsee

Enjoy carefree days with family and friends on our modern houseboats, firmly moored in our home harbor. Elements offers stylish amenities for up to 6 guests, including a gas fireplace, Wi-Fi, smart TV, two bedrooms, and a sofa bed in the living area. Highlights include a spacious rooftop terrace and panoramic windows with views of the picturesque Röblinsee. Relax while swimming, sunbathing, or enjoying an evening by the fireplace – pure relaxation on the water!



The living room features a comfortable sofa, dining table, and chairs. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, stove, oven, fridge with freezer, and coffee machine. A fireplace creates a cozy atmosphere, while large panoramic windows fill the space with natural light. Air conditioning is also on board.



There are two bedrooms, each with a double bed, plus a sofa bed for two. The bathroom is fitted with an indoor shower and toilet. The generous sun deck with bimini top and lounge furniture invites you to unwind.



Important information:

Mandatory extra charges apply for final cleaning, mooring fee, parking, and a service package (covering gas, kitchen roll, special toilet paper, dish towels, cloths, detergent, wastewater, and fresh water).



Optional services such as early check-in, late check-out, bed linen, towels, folding bike, stand-up paddleboard, or gas grill are available on request for an extra fee. Pets are permitted for an additional fee.



Check-in is guaranteed from 4 pm Monday to Saturday. Key return is at 9 am at the harbor master’s office.
