Chalet Charlotte is located in Fusch an der Grossglocknerstrasse in the province of Salzburg, 13km south of Zell am See. The wonderful valley location with its mountain views on all sides provides an idyllic setting to relax away from the stresses of everyday life, whilst being close enough to all the attractions and amenities when required. The holiday region grossglockner-zellersee is one of the most unique in the Austrian Alps. On the way to the amazing Grossglockner high-alpine-road you will find our village of Fusch, and the gateway to the mountains of the ‘Höhe Tauern National Park’.

Whatever the time of year the Zell am See-Kaprun region always has plenty to suit your tastes. There is almost every winter sport imaginable. And in the summer we’ve got mountain biking, rafting, sailing, golf, rock climbing, tennis, horse riding, and of course all the walking / hiking trails you can handle, plus much much more. The nearby town of Zell am See is bursting with Austrian charm & character and the crystal clear waters of the lake combined with the surrounding mountains, really do provide a beautiful picture postcard setting.

There are plenty of relaxing options too, whether that be a sightseeing & shopping trip to historic Salzburg or Innsbruck, to a leisurely boat trip around the lake or meadow walks.
